"Decent robe, just not as cozy as I hoped"
I ordered a robe from robemart.com and overall it’s fine for the price. The fabric is a little thinner than I was expecting, so it’s not uncomfortable, but it also doesn’t have that super soft, cozy feel I was hoping for, if that makes sense. The stitching seems okay so far, though I did notice a few loose threads here and there. It’s good enough for wearing around the house, but I do wish the material felt a bit nicer. I’d give it 3 stars

"Medium ran much smaller than expected"
I ordered a medium, but on me it fit more like an extra small. To be fair, the quality seemed fine and maybe it would work for someone with a different body type, but the sizing was definitely way off in my case.

"Just a reply would’ve been nice"
I get that customer service teams can be busy, but waiting forever for a simple response was really frustrating. At the end of the day, people just want to be treated with a bit of basic respect and not feel ignored. A quick update would’ve made a big difference.

My package did show up, but it was later than I expected. The tracking worked fine, so at least I knew where it was, but the delivery speed wasn’t great. If this happens again, I’ll probably consider ordering from somewhere else

"The exchange did go through in the end..."
The exchange did go through in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The way the return process was worded made it sound like it would be quick and simple, which wasn’t really my experience. It worked, but the timing was frustrating.

"Not worth the price"
I don’t think this was worth the money. The robe felt thin and cheap right out of the package, and after just one wash the stitching was already coming loose. Shipping was fine, no real issue there, but for the price I expected much better quality. This feels like an avoidable purchase, and I wouldn’t order from robemart.com again.
